Growing up in Sea Isle City as a child was priceless! We had flood days, not snow days! Haha! And during the off-season, it was too quiet, but summertime was the best! I always had 2-3 jobs. Phil’s Pizza was the first place, then Shoobies, and then an ice cream store on the boardwalk. But the best childhood memory I have that I could say had the most influence on where I am right now career-wise was when I worked for my mother, Annamarie Germanio. Before being a licensed realtor, I worked in the real estate office after school when I was a kid. I was stuffing envelopes for my mom who's been in the real estate industry for almost 40 years. She has taught me so much from her close to 4 decades in the business. I have been a licensed realtor since 2005 and with RE/MAX since 2008. I have been working by referral through the practices and coaching of the Brian Buffini and Co. system. After a few years, I hired my personal one-to-one coach! I am a huge believer in education so I travel to educational seminars and have been attending all sorts of events nationwide. 

I hope to earn the trust and business of your friends, colleagues, and family members if they decide they are looking for a realtor! I am never too busy for any of your referrals! It is the biggest compliment any client could give me!
